I make cakes to order for birthdays and other occasions. Using coconut oil and coconut sugar, these are a healthier choice than many other cakes out there. Perfect for those who are health conscious and still like a treat!

I can do single layer, and double layer cakes in two sizes. The smaller size is 7 inches and serves 8 - 10 slices. The larger size is 8 inches (with thicker layers) and serves 12 - 14 slices.

All cakes are collection only. I have two collection points, Stretford and Didsbury. I need at least one weeks notice for whole cakes.
